Information you choose to share
The contact and quote forms ask for your name, email, company, country, service interest and project requirements. The quote form also asks for a phone or WhatsApp number; budget and timeline on the contact page are optional. When the secure forms are configured, these details are stored in LetsFygure's Supabase database so the team can respond. Neither form reports success unless the database confirms the save. Initial enquiries do not accept file attachments.
Service providers
Supabase provides form data storage. Resend may process the same enquiry details to notify the LetsFygure team by email. If you choose the separate WhatsApp action after submitting, WhatsApp processes that message under its own terms. Browser credentials for Supabase and Resend are not exposed by the forms.
Technical and security information
Hosting infrastructure may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type and request time. A one-way representation of the IP address may be used temporarily for rate limiting. No analytics product is currently described or implied here.
Retention and your choices
Do not include passwords, payment card details, identity documents or confidential third-party material in an initial enquiry. Contact LetsFygure at the email address on the contact page to ask about access, correction or deletion. A final production retention schedule must be approved by LetsFygure before launch.
